Bro Dr Martin Berk said at our Lodge meeting that vaccines are becoming available in the greater Dallas area for people over 65 or any adult with certain pre-existing conditions.
He emphasised the importance of getting vaccinated as soon as you can.The key is to aggressively search for availability.
Here are some useful resources. Parkland currently has appointments for the end of January. Albertsons, Tom Thumb, Brookshires and Kroger are all doing the vaccine.
If you are a patient at UT Southwestern, go to mychart to make an appointment. They open the lists as vaccines become available.
